HIS Mercy and Love

"I also hope that, as long as I am called to fulfill the Petrine service in the Church, the Mercy of God will give me the necessary strength for this service." This statement is from John Paul II's Testament.

So much has been taught again this week by John Paul II even in and after his death.

In his Homily Cardinal Ratzinger explained the Mercy that our Holy Father taught us was not only in his own life (assassination attempt) but in his teachings of St. Faustina's message of mercy from CHRIST in instituting Divine Mercy Sunday-displayed even in his own death-the vigil of Divine Mercy Sunday. He again taught us in the instituting of the Year of the Rosary and the introduction of the new Rosary Mysteries-the Luminous Mysteries.
GOD'S mercy again shown THROUGH HIS MOTHER. And of course lastly IN THIS YEAR OF THE EUCHARIST.
It's ALL HERE!

MERCY AND LOVE- supreme sacrifice -WORTHY of GOD'S LOVE and strengthened by the MERCY OF GOD in continuing on our journeys in HIS SERVICE in whatever vocation we are called to.

"He interpreted for us the paschal mystery as a mystery of divine mercy. In his last book, he wrote: The limit imposed upon evil "is ultimately Divine Mercy" ("Memory and Identity," p. 60-61). And reflecting on the assassination attempt, he said: "In sacrificing himself for us all, Christ gave a new meaning to suffering, opening up a new dimension, a new order: the order of love...It is this suffering which burns and consumes evil with the flame of love and draws forth even from sin a great flowering of good." Impelled by this vision, the
pope suffered and loved in communion with Christ, and that is why the message of his suffering and his silence proved so eloquent and so fruitful.

Divine Mercy: the Holy Father found the purest reflection of God's mercy in the Mother of God. He who at an early age had lost his own mother, loved his divine mother all the more. He heard the words of the crucified Lord as addressed personally to him: "Behold your Mother." And so he did as the beloved disciple did: he took her into his own home;" (John 19:27)

- Totus tuus. And from the mother he learned to conform himself to Christ."

UA students taught about spiritual warfare by monsignor

"Temptation, oppression and possession are three levels of spiritual warfare,"--Have you noticed any of this around you? Becoming aware of it is half the battle. That's why we have the devotions and sacramentals of the our Church.
The battle is being waged on many fronts...but not to worry---GOD WINS! CHRIST GAVE US THE VICTORY!
Our job---grabbing up those to keep the casualties LOW!

Monsignor James Mancini, "the exorcist" for the Diocese of Little Rock, spoke before about 100 students at the University of Arkansas this past week.

As my list of "unhappy" women continues and is updated below in my previous posting below-"JPII not gone long from this world...", I fall upon another great site that I have been following for years. More prayers continue for these people-

Gosh maybe I should tell them to link to my blog since I have a complete list of press releases from dissidents here too.
We can get together. NOT!

John Paul II-MIRACLES AND HIS "SPRINGTIME"

On Rush's show yesterday discussing with Rush the possibility of women priests, etc. a liberal agenda, a caller called in -she was definitely moving with the Holy Spirit! JPII THE GREAT'S MIRACLES ALREADY displayed for ALL THE WORLD to read and hear! AWESOME moments of evangelization-HIS NEW "SPRINGTIME"! It has BEGUN!

Thank YOU GOD!

It's a Rough Week for Secularists
He opened his show with the following statement:
"RUSH: Boy, I tell you folks, some immediate observations from watching television over the weekend, reading a lot of newspapers, the juxtaposition of the Terri Schiavo story with the death of Pope is breathtaking. It is spellbinding."

JOANNES PAULUS II, 1920-2005-HIS LIFE!

Listen and view the most beautiful video on his life-

OUR HOLY FATHER JOANNES PAULUS II, 1920-2005!

JPII and an Eclipse of the Sun

I don't really understand all the prophesies but look over here at Michael Brown's- Spirit Daily on JPII-
Did St. Malachy predict final popes?

"John Paul II was de labore solis, from the labor of the sun (with no clear explanation, although perhaps there is a connection in that he was born the year of an eclipse, and also: his working devotion to the "woman clothed with the sun")."

Then see this info: On April 8th the burial/funeral of Our Holy Father John Paul II--
"On April 8th in North America crescent-shaped sunbeams will dapple the ground during a partial solar eclipse."

Be not afraid

I intend to keep up with the previous posting yesterday -"JPII not gone long from this world..."- where I mention the women's groups that are campaigning already before our Holy Father John Paul II is even buried. Stay tuned to that list for I am sure there will be more to come.

More on the Republican's supposedly "Terri's Memo"

Where Did They Get That Idea?
There's a reason people think that the Terri Schiavo "talking points memo" was written by Republicans.

"Yet no Republican senator has been identified as having received the memo and according to ABC and the Post, their original stories did not go so far as to suggest the provenance of the memo."

Proof:
"From the facts we now know: The memo was distributed by Democratic aides to reporters; the fact that it was also distributed to some Republicans would hardly be newsworthy--although, in fact, we are aware of no Republicans who have seen it. But somehow, as noted, the document has been widely described as a "GOP talking points memo.""

WHAT EXACTLY DID THE POST SAY ABOUT THAT MEMO?

JOHN PAUL THE GREAT

Fr. Richard John Neuhaus writes about Pope John Paul II. This is one of the greatest lessons that the Holy Father has taught me---Be not afraid!
This is now a part of my core being-it has reached my soul and I promise from here forward that I will always hear this in my heart, mind, and soul. In my humble opinion this is why he is the greatest POPE!

"He was telling people behind the Iron Curtain to be not afraid, but, in a deeper sense, he was telling all of humanity to be not afraid."

John Paul II and Terri

I know they were united as he was a prayerfully powerful intercessor.

Some See Link in Deaths of Pope, Schiavo

JPII not gone long from this world...

Our Holy Father wasn't even gone from this world almost 2-3 hours when the press releases were flying. "They" are running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to make sure that all will hear that they mourn the loss of this holy Pope while at the same time continue to spread their prideful behavior. By the way it cancels out their fake mourning. And of course you know who "they" all are. Here's a glimpse of things to come:

4/6/2005 1:47:00 PM

As I prepare for the Divine Mercy Hour--"they" give me great reason to ask and give forgiveness. This can only strengthen me in my virtues and in holiness, for I get to forgive...not just 7 times, but 7 x 77. Plenty of opportunity to offer these people to OUR LORD and HIS MERCY.
Matthew 18:21-22
Then Peter approaching asked him, "Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?" Jesus answered, "I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.

"BE NOT AFRAID!"

I advise all to make sure that they study the writings Our Holy Father John Paul II left for us, most especially this document:
"On the Dignity and Vocation of Women (Mulieris Dignitatem) APOSTOLIC LETTER ON THE DIGNITY AND VOCATION OF WOMEN MULIERIS DIGNITATEM PROCLAIMED BY HIS HOLINESS"

JOANNES PAULUS II, 1920-2005

"BE NOT AFRAID!"

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Thank you Holy Father for all that you have done to nourish us on our own journeys!
