Advisory: Married Priests Invited Again for Sunday Mass

Mount St. Agnes' -Sr. Mary Aquin O'Neill & NBC

Mount St. Agnes' -Sr. Mary Aquin O'Neill & NBC

"Thousands of women and men from around the country have “visited” Mount Saint Agnes in cyberspace and literally hundreds have taken the time to write in about how proud they are (mostly Sisters of Mercy), how comforted they are (to know that such a place as this theological center for women exists) and how grateful they are (to have witnessed a feminine model of how to speak the truth in a strong and clear voice). One of the many things that I learned from this experience is that there are legions of Catholic news junkies who make Meet the Press part of their Sunday obligation. Many see the show before or after Sunday mass. One called it his “political bible.”

I pray that the HOLY SPIRIT will intercept all communications with these women.
Father GOD please hear and answer my prayers to shut these women down from continuing their disobedience to YOU FATHER GOD and their harm that they are causing to the BODY OF CHRIST.

"The responses we have gotten to the very fact of our existence have been edifying to say the least. Some have even used the opportunity to donate funds in support of our work."

St. Michael intercept this function of financial support- please.

"One woman from southern California wrote, “Your temperate and hopeful tone was a light in the darkness. It helps me remember that I am not alone and that the Holy Spirit has many voices.” Another fan of the show, after hearing Mary Aquin’s response to the women’s ordination question, thought people must have sat up and said: “’Wow, what was that?’ Because you did not say the predictable thing at all, you brought it right back to the crucial issue that ‘the faithful’ have got to be part of all these decisions.” '

The HOLY SPIRIT DOES NOT HAVE MANY VOICES! The enemy DOES!

GOD HAVE MERCY!

John Paul II please intercede for us in closing down MSA.

Finally we're getting somewhere but it is quite unfortunate that this has to occur. Prayers for all the Catholic alumnae that have contributed and supported this institution only for it to remove their affiliation to the Church.

The Risks of Relativism
Fallacies That Confront Benedict XVI

"How many winds of doctrine we have known in these last decades, how many ideological currents, how many fashions of thought?" he asked. "Every day new sects are born and we see realized what St. Paul says on the deception of men, on the cunning that tends to lead into error." At the same time, for believers to uphold the values of their faith "is often labeled as fundamentalism," he noted. As a result, "relativism, that is, allowing oneself to be carried about with every wind of 'doctrine,' seems to be the only attitude that is fashionable."

If you can't follow and stand for CHRIST then you will fall for everything-everything that either comes down the pike or blows in the wind.

Senator Clinton Seeks Husband's Success on Abortion Issue

How?

"The fact is that the best way to reduce the number of abortions is to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies in the first place. I for one respect those who believe with all their hearts and conscience that there are no circumstances under which any abortion should ever be available," she added to gasps from the audience.

There's a Council? The COUNCIL FOR SECULAR HUMANISM?
Not happy- "The Council for Secular Humanism deplores the intemperate and uncalled-for attacks California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown made on secular humanists at an April 24 church-sponsored service delivered to judges and lawyers in Connecticut."

(RNS) "I'm Catholic. ... I attend Mass. I take Communion. It's a source of strength for me. I think it's really what makes me a progressive."

Progressive? Really?
