FBI WANTS Finger Prints, Eye Scans - Data Base of Info
"The bureau is expected to announce in coming days the awarding of a $1 billion, 10-year contract to help create the database that will compile an array of biometric information -- from palm prints to eye scans."

Puhllleeeeezzzeee! Give me a break....from the CEO..."it's safe"..."I often am asked if I would consider getting a microchip. In fact, I was one of the first to receive a microchip, in 2002. I cannot feel its presence and usually forget that it's there, but my family and I take comfort in the fact that if I am ever unable to speak in an emergency, my microchip will do all the "talking."'
