VeriChip to Present at American Medical Directors Association Annual Symposium on March 29-30, 2007

DELRAY BEACH, FL—March 29, 2007 -- VeriChip Corporation (Nasdaq: CHIP - News), a provider of RFID systems for healthcare and patient-related needs, will present at the American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) 30th Annual Symposium in Hollywood, Florida, on March 29-30, 2007. The conference attracts over 4000 medical directors, attending physicians, nurses, administrators, consultant pharmacists and other long-term care professionals. VeriChip expects to enroll additional physicians in its VeriMed Patient Identification System network through the symposium.
