Another Update: Jerusalem Gay Pride Parade

Jerusalem gay pride march likely to be postponed: police
But, it could be postponed until next week. We continue to pray that it does not take place. But not due to violence.

Police in Israel were placed on a heightened state of alert Wednesday after Palestinian militant groups vowed to resume suicide attacks inside the Jewish state, following the deaths of 18 people, mostly women and children, from Israeli shelling in Gaza.


On Wednesday the Vatican joined in the fray, voicing "bitterness" about the march and expressing "its strongest disapproval for such an initiative which constitutes a serious affront to the feelings of millions of Jewish, Muslims and Christian believers," in the Holy City.
